SCRAP Revision 7/11/2018

There is a table in Polaris Administration that is called Bibliographic Tags to Retain / Delete. This table specifies tags to retain from duplicate records that are overlaid. It also specifies tags to delete from incoming records that are saved to the database. The tags to delete include the Junk Tags that were deleted in Symphony.
