CCS member libraries are allowed to utilize the World Language Cataloging Services from RAILS or the Cataloging Maintenance Center from IHLS to assist them with their cataloging needs. These services are free to Illinois libraries. Both of these services provide full level cataloging for titles that meet the services' criteria.
