The rules on this page have been approved in concept by the SCRAP committee, but the exact wording is still being adjusted.
Please use these rules. Please send any feedback to SCRAP.
  1. An iteration replaces the entire resource, with or without a new edition statement
  2. Simultaneous versions exist, with differences between them that for any other resource would warrant a separate record. (Edition, parallel title, dimensions, etc.)
  3. Corporate body when used as a qualifier in a uniform title (LCRI 21.3B)
  4. Physical format (LCRI 21.3B)
  5. A significant change in scope.
