Add and enhance contents notes whenever possible to improve patron access.

Contents notes are required for the following

Short story collections by multiple authors
Plays
Literary collections (two or more forms of literature)
Fairy tales
Song titles
Supreme Court cases
Collective biographies

Contents notes are not required for the following

Poetry
Speeches (EXCEPTION: Representative American Speeches)
Essays (EXCEPTION: Best American Essays)
Excerpts
Complete works
Myths
Fake-books
Encyclopedic reference works
Miscellaneous writings— quotations, letters, anecdotes
Chapter headings
