If your library withdraws the last copy of a serial that is linked to a serial holdings record (SHR), remove your serial holdings record and make sure none remain linked to the serial's bibliographic record.
* Remove your library's serial control record, if one is present.
* Remove your library's MARC Holdings record.
* ''Optionally'', delete your library's 599 field from the catalog record.  599 {{subfield|a}} indicates the [[Library codes|library policy number]].
