Libs+ (a.k.a. Libs Plus or just Plus) was the ILS that CCS used prior to migrating to Sirsi's Unicorn ILS in 2001. Originally created by CLSI, it became a Geac product when Geac bought CLSI in 1993.
Before Libs+, CCS used CLSI's Libs 100 ILS.
