CCS Cataloging Manual

Welcome to the CCS Cataloging wiki!

Purpose

This resource replaces the print CCS Cataloging manual, which is now out-of-date. Please consult this wiki for current practices and recent cataloging decisions of the Cataloging Technical Group. This web version was established in November 2008.

How to use

Type your keywords in the box to the left under "search" and then click:

  • Go (or Enter on keyboard) - takes you to the article.
  • Search - returns a list of articles and additional search options.

Who we are

Cooperative Computer Services (CCS) provides an integrated automation system for 25 public libraries located in the north and northwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.
