* Note what skill level the workshop's audience should be. This should also be clearly stated in the email advertising the workshop, in order to assist library managers to know which staff member(s) should attend. Examples:

** ''Those who work with the serials module''
** ''Those who work with the acquisitions module''
** ''Acquisitions staff''
** ''Catalogers''
* When possible, e-mail a draft of the workshop handout(s) and/or presentation file to the chair of [[SCRAP]] or the CCS Database Manager at least 1 week before the workshop.
