This training will focus on best practices and examples from other libraries and is designed as a follow-up for trainees who viewed the March 26 BiblioCore Overview session. Join BiblioCommons as they demonstrate key staff workflows in the new CCS discovery layer, BiblioCore. During the webinar, attendees will learn how to perform tasks such as featuring staff-created content, running feedback and community reports, and evaluating bibliographic groupings. Attendees will also learn helpful tasks for assisting patrons with their accounts, including resyncing, unlocking, and unregistering BiblioCore accounts. This webinar is geared for staff who will be using readers' advisory functions in BiblioCore and assisting patrons with BiblioCore.
