The easiest way to communicate with another library when there is an issue with a bibliographic record, item, serial control, etc. is to send an email directly the library involved, instead of to the catalogers’ listserv.
Each library has an alias with CCS, and email sent to that address will be send to the appropriate Technical Services department. The email address is XXXccslib.org, where XXX is the library’s 3 letter code.
