For videorecordings cataloged according to AACR2, use one the following GMDs in the CCS catalog. Do not add a GMD to records for DVDs or Blu-rays that are cataloged according to RDA.[1]
- [electronic resource (eVideo)]
If the record has the proper GMD equivalent fields, the qualifier may be omitted, as in the following.[2] Note: When editing a GMD qualifier in records with non-Latin text in 880 fields, also be sure to edit the GMD field in the corresponding 880 field.
