Technical Services staff can help watch out for bootleg DVDs. Some things to check for:

  • Flimsy case
  • DVD seal on case inside plastic shrink wrap
  • Duplicate UPC, or no results when searching UPC
  • Lack of records in CCS, WorldCat, or Connexion
  • Poor quality labels
