OCLC Number in Bibliographic Records

Any bibliographic records, excluding those that do not need the holdings set, need to have an OCLC number prefixed by (OCoLC) in the record. The portion after the prefix may include an additional prefix such as ocm, ocn, or on. However, the number does not have to have the secondary prefix.
