In this webinar, library staff will learn how to navigate the LX Starter Audience feature to pull patron-specific notice data and statistics on LX Starter.
BiblioCore: Overview, Search, and Borrowing
This is a repeat of the March 26 BiblioCore webinar.
Join the BiblioCommons team for a high-level overview of the new CCS discovery layer, BiblioCore. This session will highlight the basic features front line staff will be using to assist patrons, including basics of site registration, search and borrowing, the title record, social content, and preparing for launch. It also covers using Smart Search to browse formats, finding material easily with relevancy rankings, and creating patron-friendly searches with filters and keyword search. Lastly, we'll thoroughly review borrowing digital and physical material, managing holds, and using Shelves to track reading. We encourage as many staff members to attend as possible, as it's designed for folks who are seeing and using BiblioCore for the first time.

BiblioCore for Staff Users
Join BiblioCommons as they demonstrate key staff workflows in the new CCS discovery layer, BiblioCore. During the webinar, attendees will learn how to perform tasks such as featuring staff-created content, running feedback and community reports, and evaluating bibliographic groupings. Attendees will also learn helpful tasks for assisting patrons with their accounts, including resyncing, unlocking, and unregistering BiblioCore accounts. This webinar is geared for staff who will be using readers' advisory functions in BiblioCore and assisting patrons with BiblioCore.

Inspiring Readers with BiblioCore
This webinar focuses on the reader's advisory side of BiblioCore, the new CCS discovery layer. During this webinar , BiblioCommons staff will review the title record more in-depth, and cover tips and tricks for making staff lists, posting comments, and adding tags. This training will focus on best practices and examples from other libraries and is designed as a follow-up for trainees who viewed the March 26 BiblioCore Overview session. While all staff are welcome to attend, it is designed for Reader's Advisory staff or anyone working with lists.
