Cooperative Computer Services
Our mission is to enhance each cooperative member’s capacity to serve their patrons through optimized resource sharing, a community of continuous learning, and strategic cost-sharing.
Systems are up.
Join CCS staff for hands-on training for LX Starter. Staff will learn how to navigate and use the LX Starter staff portal, learn how to configure notice design, and practice setting up their own notices with CCS staff support. This training is intended for Beta Libraries.
Join us for a hands-on training session to introduce OrangeBoy Savannah. Due to overwhelming interest in this training, we are limiting participation to 5 attendees per library. To identify participants, please see our guide: Should I attend OrangeBoy Savannah Training? **
This session will include:
Review: What is Savannah, and why are we/how will we/who will be using it?
Information about standard reports and how to use them.
Standard reports currently include summary data for ILS and econtent use*
Market Watch Reports: Mapping active cardholders and census data
Please note:
*Authentication, Wi-Fi, gate count, and programming data will be covered in a future session.
**We strongly recommend that you participate in this training only if your library has already provided all applicable credentials to CCS for data stored in Freegal, Hoopla, CloudLibrary, Kanopy, Mango, OverDrive, and Beanstack. If you’re unsure about which credentials CCS may still need from your library, please open a help desk ticket.
*This webinar is similar to the OrangeBoy in-person training, but without some of the interactive practice, and will be recorded.
