“Not All Material Limits Were Exceeded": Holds Fulfillment in Polaris
You already know how to place holds in Polaris, but have you ever wondered what happens to the request after that? In this webinar, we’ll look at how item record settings and Polaris settings work to fill a hold request, see what conditions trigger hold alert messages (including the “Exceeded Material Type Request Limit” message), and how fulfillment preference is determined.
This session will be held via Zoom. Access information will be emailed to attendees roughly one week before the session. The session will be recorded and posted online for those who are not able to attend live.
Decoding the Leap Item Record
This webinar takes an in-depth look at settings found in an item record in Leap. We will also demo simple Power Searches as a base to build your own searches.
This session will be held via Zoom. Access information will be emailed to attendees roughly one week before the session. The session will be recorded and posted online for those who are not able to attend live.
