Innovative has added manual acquisitions functions to Leap with the version 7.3 upgrade. This webinar will provide an overview of the ordering and invoicing process. This includes:
Whether you are unfamiliar with Leap or have not logged in to use Leap in a while, this webinar will provide you with a useful introduction to Leap. Topics covered include logging in, searching in Leap, drop-down menus, and an introduction to the work forms used by technical services staff.
You already know how to place holds in Polaris, but have you ever wondered what happens to the request after that? In this webinar, we’ll look at how item record settings and Polaris settings work to fill a hold request, see what conditions trigger hold alert messages (including the “Exceeded Material Type Request Limit” message), and how fulfillment preference is determined.

Acquisitions in Leap (v. 7.2 Functions) will introduce the new purchase order line item and invoice functions that were added with the v. 7.2 upgrade. This includes the ability to credit invoices and invoice line items in Leap.
