Even though circulation staff encounter damaged items and claim requests regularly, it’s hard to feel prepared to address these types of items, especially since every situation is different! This one-hour session will focus on using available documentation to make informed decisions around how to handle damaged and claimed items.
The session will be held via Zoom. Access information will be emailed to attendees roughly one week before the session. Session will be recorded and shared in a future CCS eNewsletter for those who are not able to attend live.
