This is a repeat of the March 26 BiblioCore webinar.
Join the BiblioCommons team for a high-level overview of the new CCS discovery layer, BiblioCore. This session will highlight the basic features front line staff will be using to assist patrons, including basics of site registration, search and borrowing, the title record, social content, and preparing for launch. It also covers using Smart Search to browse formats, finding material easily with relevancy rankings, and creating patron-friendly searches with filters and keyword search. Lastly, we'll thoroughly review borrowing digital and physical material, managing holds, and using Shelves to track reading. We encourage as many staff members to attend as possible, as it's designed for folks who are seeing and using BiblioCore for the first time.
This webinar will be held over Zoom. The Zoom link will be emailed to registrants on April 15 and April 21. This session will be recorded and shared for those unable to attend live.
