• How to access and navigate OrangeBoy Savannah.
• What are Clusters?

• Information about standard reports and how to use them.

• Standard reports currently include summary data for ILS and econtent use*

• Market Watch Reports: Mapping active cardholders and census data

*Authentication, Wi-Fi, gate count, and programming data will be covered in a future session. 

**We strongly recommend that you participate in this training only if your library has already provided all applicable credentials to CCS for data stored in Freegal, Hoopla, CloudLibrary, Kanopy, Mango, OverDrive, and Beanstack.
