Learn how to use Simply Reports to gather information about patron accounts. In this session, attendees will learn how to:
Generate a summary of outstanding fees for your library
Identify patrons with charges for specific fee reasons
Identify patrons with unpaid replacement fees for available items
Filter a report by patron notes
Laptops will be provided for hands-on learning. Attendees should have basic knowledge of how to build a report in Simply Reports.
Simply Reports is an amazing reporting tool that can help cataloging and serials staff improve the quality of the catalog and gather one’s production statistics. This session will help you to take your existing knowledge of Simply Reports a step further. It will include a review of how it functions and demonstrate how to create reports for gathering statistics, identifying and correcting errors, and serials reports. Laptop computers will be provided.
