Are you thinking of participating in the CCS NCOA group submission and would like more information? Have you participated before but find you have questions? If so, bring your questions to our virtual, drop-in Q&A session on Tuesday, April 18!
The National Change of Address database (or, NCOA) allows libraries to identify patrons who moved and have registered a new address with the USPS. CCS libraries have the option of participating in a group NCOA submission. By opting-in to the group submission, your library can see which of your patrons still reside in your service area and which have moved away.
The session will be held via Zoom. Access information will be emailed to attendees and sent via the CCS Circulation listserv roughly one week before the session. This session will not be recorded.
The CCS Diversity Audit Tool allows staff at member libraries to analyze the diversity of their collection and identify diverse titles to purchase that are already popular at other libraries. This webinar will introduce the tool, provide information on new statistics added to it, and demonstrate how to use it. Whether you never used it before, or have used it regularly, this webinar will be a great introduction or a good review to allow you to fully understand its capabilities and ability to make your diversity audit and collection development process more efficient.
